Who I am

My name is Pari Sadeghi. I have been a practicing Massage Therapist/Bodyworker since 2005. My training started in Kansas City, Missouri where I went to the Midwest Institute of Natural Healing. It was there that I learned how to talk to the body and listen with my hands. I learned that our body has a intelligence of its own and it just wants to be heard. I use a combination of deep to light tissue manipulation along with energy work to access healing on all levels.
I am a Usui Reiki Master. I give Reiki sessions and teach this powerful form of energy healing through my certification classes. I teach private lessons as well as group classes.
I am a Level 1 QHHT Practitioner. This is a past life regression method where, using guided meditation, I take my clients into the deepest state of relaxation. While in this state we visit their past lives, finding insight into their deepest wounds and coming out with clear lessons and understandings. In the second part of the session I connect with the client's inner wisdom by communicating with their higher self. It is here that physical healing is done and where we find answers to their deepest questions. I have found this to be an amazing experience for my clients and myself.

My name is Pari Sadeghi, and I have been a Massage Therapist/Bodyworker since 2005. My home practice is nestled in the charming community of Happy Valley, NC, right next to the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains. This unique and inviting space is designed to provide you with a tranquil and relaxing experience.
My training began at the Midwest Institute of Natural Healing in Kansas City, where I learned to communicate with the body and facilitate healing through various techniques, including deep tissue manipulation, relaxing massage, and energy work. I have acquired many other skills along my path as a bodyworker, including Ashiatsu, the use of hot stones, cupping, Gua Sha, aromatherapy, and Reiki.

As a Usui Reiki Master for 20 years, I incorporate Reiki into my massage sessions, helping clients release stuck energy and find peace. I also offer individual Reiki sessions and teach certification classes for both individuals and groups.
I have always felt called to teach, which is why I earned two degrees from East Carolina University—one in Art Education and the other in Textile Design. After teaching art for eight years, I transitioned to teaching Massage Therapy at a community college. At this time, I continue to teach various subjects related to massage therapy while running my own massage/healing practice.
In my practice, I also offer QHHT sessions. This is an amazing form of healing developed by the late Dolores Cannon. In these sessions, I guide my clients into past lives using hypnosis, allowing them to experience deep healing of wounds they may have carried through many lives.
Additionally, I'm passionate about astrology and have taken many courses through Deborah Silverman's astrology school. I teach basic astrology classes, helping others understand birth charts.
